Hi my name is Tamara and I established True Balance Body & Beauty Oxford in 2009.  I offer treatments the residents at the Randolph Hotel in Oxford when their spa is unavailable or if they prefer a treatment in the comfort of their room, and also have a permanent treatment room in Sandford on Thames (10 min from city centre) offering treatments to the general public.  I believe that luxury treatments should be affordable with high quality and professional service and results.

I offer a range of treatments that will calm and soothe you, or if you want to leave you suitably invigorated and refreshed.. suitable for men and women!

Qualified with an ITEC anatomy & physiology diploma and am highly experienced in pain management and sports massage – mainly backs necks and shoulders where my interest has been driven after a personal injury in 1999 – a crush fracture to my lumbar vertabrae that changed my outlook on the benefits of holistic and alternative therapies rather than relying on conventional medicine only.  I have learnt techniques and different therapies which I am able to adapt and use in my massage treatments.  I also offer a range of other body and beauty treatments that I have train for each individually.
